Going to a wedding in KC this weekend and will be listening to the game on the radio (like everyone else not in attendance)

Leaving from Norwalk, how far will 100.3 get me before I have to switch stations?

I obviously want to listen to John and Heft for as long as possible but also realize I will probably have to catch a Mizzou station the closer I get to KC.
Anyone know a station?
Any Southern Iowa broadcasts that can reach KC?

Thanks

960 signal barely reaches Omaha. At night, the signal is almost gibberish. The hope to get to KC better be during daylight. JP needs to sign up 590 for ISU games in the Omaha area and that would solve western Iowa problems.

We will be leaving at kickoff so will be driving during the day.

Thanks for the link Chuck

I live in Dallas, TX... So what's my best bet in finding a streaming radio station, maybe something on my TuneIn radio ap on my iPhone?

I realize that Clone Zone is an option but I've had some trouble with it in the past so am hoping to look at it as a back up plan.

If you have an Android or iPhone just download the Cyclones app and listen to the broadcast on that. Works great.

Can I assume 100.3 streams the games online?

I'll be in Omaha, and there is no Council Bluffs ISU radio broadcast listed.

100.3 and others dont carry the games online. I listen to 101.3 out of Sioux City on my TuneIn radio and works well for me here in Ohio

Weddings on back to back weekends during football season?? You need new friends. At least they are not during home games.

1600 kgym out of CR plays ISU games and is on the Tune In app.

As mentioned above, I believe the Cyclone games on KGYM (and a lot of other stations) are blocked from streaming on Tune In. Some of the big radio/media conglomerates (station owners) are blocking more and more of their live content from online streaming apps. You end up getting generic ESPN radio. Same thing happened during MLB/White Sox games this summer (although I'm sure that's a MLB thing, to make you pay for their own online audio service).

However, at least once this fall I did get to listen to the Cyclones on Tune In via KWMT in Fort Dodge. If you can't find the game on Tune In anywhere else, you can try them. That's where I caught the end of the UConn game.

It's called enforcing the contract.

CRN affiliates are not allowed to stream games. Someone at Learfield must finally be cracking down.

I have the clone zone subscription, love it. I don't have an android device, but if I did, I'd get the app. With a yearly subscription, you get all the basketball games (audio at least) as well. Since I can't get over to the games, and have my choice of 3 stations playing the Iowa games, and one that doesn't come in at night for ISU, I use the clone zone a lot.
