Maybe he changed something and it has finally taken hold, I don't know. I woudl like to see what we do in the tournament.

The tourney will tell a great deal. Sometimes it just takes a big win to make a team realize that they can do it, and to teach them how to close out a victory. There was definitely something done tonight to build off of. Let's see if they can take off with it...

Great win...very glad to see something positive happen...especially for the players. However, this one game does not really change the overall situation our program finds itself in after nearly 4 full years of the GM era. Even the blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while.

Exactly. This win could mean nothing or it could mean everything. I think if we win two games in the Big 12 tournament at least then there is some sort of upward trend to build on. At least there is a sense of improvement.

I am back on the train, and the kool-aid. We just got our 8th ever road win against a ranked opponent. And they weren't just ranked, but ranked 5th. Tell me that isn't a great signature win. This could be what it takes to turn the team around.

Wayne Morgan had 2 signature wins in 2004/2005 @ #2 KU, @ #20 Tex and took that team to the 2nd round of NCAA Tourney. He got one more year and was axed.

No, I don't want to get over that. I want to remember this for a long time. This is a very important win. Its a win we should savor.

They have to get him extra hydrated, this is like the 5th or 6th game that he has had problems with cramps. Make him keep drinking the fluids when he is on the bench and timeouts.

You could see he was a determined player out there the last couple minutes of overtime. He has a bright future in this game. Good for him.
