Well, we all need our goals. Good to see you guys are picking up the effort so far this year.
Jake's no longer listed on the SC Jail inmate roster; must have posted bail I guess. The offenses couldn't have been too serious to be out this soon one would think.
That makes everything 100% better. UofI=No morals, no integrity, no honor, no problem!!
:spinny:
OK then, thanks.KCCI said they were only going to be held overnight.
Never in my life have said that it makes it ok. I thought it was ridiculous at the time, and was embarrassed about what was going on. And I am very glad that things have got much better in Iowa City, and that the arrests have been in line with the normal for any college as of lately. Obviously it is still not good enough, and I would like to see the number cut to zero.
However, I do not get off on playing the "my team has better morals than your's does" card. I have spent too much time with athletes from both schools to know that Iowa City does not have any worse kids than ISU or vice verse.
Actually, nothing conspiratorial about it. Why did they give these two glowing recommendations after did something so heinous that it was worthy of being kicked off the team?
It begs to be asked, especially considering kirkie's track record of never kicking guys off the team.
It's ok, you can say it. We already know. Plus I am sure that when you go to your hawk boards you have a different name, so they won't disown you for being candid, something you NEVER see from a hawkfan
:biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh: Hahahaha now there's a goal for ya!
Really Mike? Kirk has kicked like 8 kids off the team. Name one that he should have booted but didn't.

Yeah I guess having a drug dealer on the team is normal. Damn you got me there. 2nd arrest rate in the NCAA but that is completely normal. Yet our athletes aren't any better even though we have a much lower arrest rate. I bet Iowa would have been first if it wasn't for Kirks cover ups.
DJK was never charged with dealing drugs, Iowa did not have the 2nd highest in the nation, that was among teams ranked preseason, and was over the last 4 years.

How many of these am I going to have to post before you get the idea?!?
