Two years ago the wife and I went to HuHot on New Years Eve and the place was less than half full.

Does she like fish? Japanese Steak houses? I know I'll get some flak, but there are also chain restaurants that are fanceyish..

My wife and I did O'hana on New Year's Eve one year. Half of what they normally cut or cook in font of you was already done. Pretty much much wanted you in and out as soon as possible.
