All the pregame prognosis concerning this game is heavily in favor of KSU. I honestly haven’t seen on pundant pick the Clones, and I’m perfectly fine with that.

I just saw a deal for round trip from MSP to Dublin, for $292!!! Unfortunately, when I checked it out, it had expired. Looks like it was offered in July for August travel. Through Aer Lingus. I hope some on here were able to get that deal, because that is a steal. Im sure it was a promotion because of this game, which is crazy because when I first looked for tickets and packages they were crazy expensive. That is one thing I have never been good at, getting the deals, I have never figured out the best times to book, early, late, etc.

I probably would have definitely taken a long weekend trip there for those kind of rates, if I had seen that deal when it was offered.

I'm flying from Albuquerque to Des Moines in a few hours and paid more than $292. D'oh!

Maybe this has been asked already but is ISU missing out by not having a game watch at Jack Trice for this game? Given the new video boards it could be a fun watch. Money to be made from concession stands and like $5 for parking...

They're treating it like a regular road game, not a bowl game. They'll fly back right after the game on Saturday as well.

Correction: Blum is on Miller and Condon right now and said that the team will stay the night in Dublin and fly home Sunday morning Dublin time to get back into Des Moines around noon central on Sunday.

Logistically wouldn’t that be a nightmare? Couldnt have anyone on the grass considering there are two games the following two weeks.

The only way I could see this being true would be if most ISU fans got there early and are busy touring greater Ireland and will return to Dublin Friday or Saturday for the game.
