keep it classy booker

The only good thing is nobody outside of Iowa or West Virginia was watching this game with OK State v K-State on in pretty much every other Big 12 market. It's not like he flipped the bird on Big Money or something, etc. Not that it makes it any better but it will hopefully be swept under the rug.

Heat of the moment deal. Good move? No. Stupid? Yes. I couldn't care less about what happened.

Not defending Booker, but I noticed that he doesn't look at the camera before doing so. While it's clear that he meant to flip someone or something off, I'm not convinced it was the camera. He may have heard a fan taunting him from behind him in the crowd and tossed up a finger just out of his own frustration that happened to be captured on film.

It doesn't really matter either way, I just thought I would share what I saw. Unacceptable behavior when you should know as a player that anything you do can be caught by the cameras.

I don't really care that he did that.

I don't either, except that the foul he committed gave WVU points they shouldn't have had, and he's probably going to get suspended, which hurts the team.

guessing he'll be suspended for the 4v5 game. Probably won't play anyway once Hoiberg finds out.

I think a full-game suspension might be a bit much, but maybe a half would be more appropriate. Still a dumb move on his part. I didn't see it, but then again I was watching ESPN3 on my laptop, so didn't have the benefit of the big screen. Was it really that obvious?

It was stupid, hope he can still play because we need his post defense and depth when Niang or Ejim get in foul trouble

Well, Percy better be ready or Niang better stay out of foul trouble. (Hopefully Niang stays out of trouble)

Yeah, I'm sure the WVU students were razzing him. The TV announcers stated as much earlier in the game.

It lasted about 1 second but it was clear. The camera guy seemed scared when he panned over to Booker and he was giving the finger and panned out quickly.

I didn't see nuthin

Not exactly a great way to represent ISU. I think he deserves a 1-game suspension.

Now was that given to him from the team?

He shouldn't have done it regardless. What away game do the players not get hassled by the student section?

I don't mind the attitude. We were getting bullied around for much of that second half, someone has to take a stand. As for the finger, it's just a finger, and its not on a trigger. Play on.

The foul was stupid. We had the ball and I think a 12 point lead so it kept them in the game. No defense for it. You need to think of the team first

sweep it under the rug like EIU does with actual criminal charges, and move on. that's my vote
