Sounds like Deere made some pretty significant concessions in this last offer, so I bet they won't be making any more and they'll just wait the workers out.
They don’t need Waterloo to pass it. The last one passed and it was voted down in Waterloo by a similar percentage in 2015.Until they tie COLA raises to inflation, it's going to keep getting voted down.

I haven’t done the math or anything but I wonder what kind of raise you’d need to get in order for a raise from a strike to pay off. Let’s say they strike for a month how big does that raise need to be before they didn’t lose money in the deal.I just hope everybody gets a fair deal and people get back to working.
