Makes me wonder what numbers some past players might have wanted if all of 0 to 99 were available.
I hear rumors that DeAndre Kane really wanted number 50...
I gave this a Giggle emoji, but he truly did want #50. (The "laugh" is because I thought of it as "wanted, but didn't get").
Yeah. I know. And if I didn't, the color commentator for EVERY game he played in for us made sure to remind me that he was wearing it for his father. Do you really not remember the bingo cards?

I probably should've just given "Agree," I got a bit sidetracked. More like, if his father had worn, say, 77, but it wasn't allowed, so he went with 50 (allowed).
Did not know this. It seems most teams must 'feel sorry' for the refs still, as the #'s 0-5 are still the most common, by far?
Probably attachment to their high school number plays a role too.

In last 11 days seen some version of mbb like 5 times at work. 2 times it was entire team and staff. 2 times it was TJ and an asst. (Green) and (Crawford) another time was TJ and a small group of players but it included big 3 of Lipsey, Milan, and Jefferson.

I think a former Hawkeye who now works in immigration just put his thumb on the scales.
In recent podcast, Blum said Pleta has been approved for the visa, but just hasn't received the actual paperwork. You have to have it "physically" before departure.
Perhaps some of you already know that (or heard Blum), but just fyi.
