Inappropriate clothing?

She must have been underemployed at Citibank. They should have booted her up to the front office like Wells Fargo would.

Or... she's a hot chick who's gotten everything she's always wanted, didn't perform up to her job duties and is trying to get payback for getting fired.

Could not have said it better myself.

If your good at what you do it doesn't matter what you look like. If they truly wanted to keep her and the clothes were truly an issue a little chat with her boss about dialing down the clothes would have taken care of it. I think she was let go because she just needed to be fired.

Everything she is wearing is extremely classy. No extra cleavage, not showing too much leg. The only thing I could see that MIGHT be a problem is the tightness of the wrap dress. Might be better in a marketing department than a bank.

Depends on the bank's dress code. I am guessing that the employee handbook has clear cut rules on what they consider approriate. You agree to abide by those rules when you sign on to work for them.

She's definitely trying to cash in on her 15 minutes like others have said...

But if these outfits really represent what the problem was in her dismissal, she has a case. Most women wear stuff like this or more revealing hoping they could look like her. If there's a problem with these outfits a good 80% of women in the American office work force have to change how they dress. She shouldn't have to wear different clothes from every other woman just because she fills them out a certain way.

I think if she got rid of her boob job, the problem would go away.

Can never figure out why women do that and then don't like the attention they get because of it. Are men just supposed to turn off their testosterone?

Why are there all these posed shots of her working?

I have a feeling this isn't necessarily what she wears to work.

Which means either the bank she worked for has an extremely low glass ceiling, or GC hit the nail right on the head.

I don't care about either of these. The OP asks, "Inappropriate for work"? I gave my answer.

Guessing the lawsuit was being worked on so she had photos of here taken in her work attire

you mean they aren't real?

No one gets fired without a warning/talking to from their boss. I'm guess GC is right.

However, I can also see in a number of pictures, the exact outline of her bra (especially in turtle neck) and that black cocktail dress was slightly translucent ( you can see her legs through the skirt).

If they told her to straighten up and fly right, she started wearing pics 31-37, firing her was legit.

She's hot, and will probably get a decent photo spread in Maxim, FHM, or Juggs.

I'd be floored if Citi loses this case, with the documentation required in this environment required to fire someone.

Can't decide which crude and sexist banking one-liner to go with here. But they all include the phrase "make a deposit."

My guess is that if you have the need to make a comment including that phrase, you are most likely suffering from "insufficient funds"...

Clothing looks appropriate. However, it appears that someone is stalking with a camera and posting pictures on the internet...that seems inappropriate.

I wanted to make sure we had pics for the thread...
