From some of the responses here, I don't think we are really answering the question.

Several are posting their "dream" job -- all which are going to be financially lucrative -- so, of course money isn't an issue.

I'd open a sports complex in Des Moines that would have indoor soccer fields, bball courts, outdoor softball & volleyball, etc. Then I would manage the complex and run a bunch of Adult IM leagues as well as kids practices. I would probably get my soccer coaching license too.
