The 1st I noticed it was vs Baylor in Ames last year. If Byron Hoston was still an opponent, pretty sure that tooth pick would get lodged in Dustin's cheek by a Houston elbow.

Hogue was asked about it after a game last year. He said he has always played ball with a toothpick in his mouth. If it isn't against any rules, why not let him play with a toothpick!
