What is interesting is that he was texting he didn't know who he could trust, and kills his friend. What is the motive, what is he hiding? It really makes you wonder what criminal activity he has been involved in that would necessitate him killing someone, or if he is just a sociopath. Talking to people that he did not approve of is a thin motive.

Authorities say Lloyd was shot multiple times in the back and chest. They say Hernandez was upset with Lloyd after the two had a dispute at a nightclub a few days before.

First thing his lawyer will do is file a motion to review the bail situation.
Second will be to explain that this is all a big misunderstanding and that his client can't wait to get to court so the real truth will come out.

Not saying I feel sorry for him cause I don't, but could you imagine living the lifestyle that pro athletes do then deal with being in prison for thw rest of your life?! That would really suck! But then again I couldn't kill someone either.

I was wondering the same thing Janny.

During the live streaming of the arraignment the prosecuter read off the timeline of events. Detailing what time they got in the car and drove to the victims house up until he returned home. They gathered the information from text messages and data from cell phone towers.

And saw him walking into his house with a friend and both were armed then they went to the basement and the surveillance went down.

Then returned the rental car and the person working found a shell casing and bubble gum wrappers (can't remember the significance).

Additionally took and got rid of a gun in a dumpster but had ammo in the house.

He botched a murder coverup in every way possible.
