Garrett

So proud of DG.... that guy took more crap for having to run McDoormats offense than anyone else.

He was great under Fred Hoiberg. Hopefully this helps coach Fred sell his NBA connections to recruits.

We should have given Garrett the nickname "Milwaukee's Best" when we had the chance!

He may end up in the D-League to start, but hopefully he won't get discouraged. It is kind of unusual for an NBA team to carry 4 PG's, but Kendall Marshall has not really impressed much yet. Plus, I read another article where the Suns felt that DG had some potential at the 2 also. DG just has to keep working hard. His chance will come.

At least he will be making an NBA salary this year.

DG could not make layups for Chewie but CFH showed him how. A guard to guard coach was better than a center to guard coach.

DG has talent and can do many things.

Not guaranteed unless he is on the roster Jan 10th.

Then we could have called him "Beast" for short.

Then we could have called him "Be" short for "Be a Beast."

If he sticks that will be two Cyclones in two years that Hoiberg helped out into the league. That's not too shabby

Theres a story on espn insider saying they are keeping him in more of a developmental role right now. He's expected to bounce back and forth between PHX and the d-league. They also said he's learning to play the 2 guard as well.
