Friday OT Thread: Well, I never...

Some of them definitely do. But they're hated by all the interns lol.

My manager pulled me today though and said (paraphrased) "I heard you like to have a good time. Some of the other interns were talking about it to their managers and complained. But all the managers and I agree that we need more people like you. We want to make (Company Name) more fun!"

So that was good I guess.

This is just not believable to me at all.

I have never eaten a Twinkie.

I've never done drugs and never really wanted to. But after I retired (gov't job) I kind of wish I could try pot once just for the actual experience.

I told a lady I worked with that and she told of her experience about 15 years ago where she got her son's friend to give her some just to experience it. She said she felt awful (sick to her stomach, head ache) and so paranoid she locked herself in her bedroom for the rest of the night.

After that I'm less inclined to want to try it if I should end up in CO someday, but still intellectually curious just as a life experience.

Looks like I not only got your allotment of speeding tickets but did your allotment of narcotics as well. Colorado from ages 22-25 was very fun. I probably consumed more different types of narcotics in one weekend Phish concert at Red Rocks than this thread has consumed in total. Yikes!

If you smoke pot for the first time, don't just sit around a house. Go somewhere fun and social with friends and music so you don't get freaked out by every noise or movement. Pot isn't an experience to enjoy on it's own. It should be an enhancement to add to an already fun experience.

This explains a lot.

I know someone who has been married for over 25 years who has never changed in front of her husband and locks herself in the bathroom when she does. My wife and I cannot understand it.

Have they ever had sex together in that 25 years?

I understand the using the restroom thing. But this is ridiculous! Has he not seen her naked?

I've never been to any professional sporting event but 2 baseball games. Don't really have the desire to. I think they are overated - too expensive and don't enjoy pro sports much. I enjoy college sports more - mostly our Cyclones!
