I'm guessing that last sentence has more to do with your hatred of Tim Allen than his actual acting abilities.

He's not really funny though. The only reason people remember Home Improvement fondly is nostalgia. He's been milking the same character since.

Once Phil Hartman died, NewsRadio was never the same. Jon Lovitz isn't funny. At all. So replacing Phil with Jon was a huge error IMO

The big exception for me would be in A League of Their Own. And I do remember catching just a few episodes of The Critic and laughed, but I wasn't a regular viewer or anything.

Nope, but I'm over 50 and my memory isn't as good as it used to be.

West Wing is/was one of my favorite TV shows of all time. And, while I still liked seasons 5-7, it wasn't nearly the same when Sam Seaborn (Rob Lowe's character) left at the end of season 4! Josh Malina is a very good actor - but it was still hard to get used to the transition between the two characters. It also didn't help that Aaron Sorkin stopped writing episodes after the 4th season.
