Demarion's block tonight was another chase-down. The man is springy and is really bringing the energy on D.
Get it together man. Whatever bad takes or obnoxious behavior he has shown, bullying and being a **** is not better.
Actually I think the 4 is where Watson excels. I always thought of him as a wing, but our lineups with Watson at the 4 seem like where he has been at his best.

Back on track though, my guy Watson is looking pretty good out there, all he needed was some rotational pt that I was campaigning for the first 2 months.
Watson needs to play. Need to find minutes for him. He produces on both ends. He seems to make a play as soon as he enters the game.

Big game last night, and that's great to see. Made a difference on both ends every time he hit the court. What a luxury to have a Big 12 caliber guy in that slot. Hope he continues to get minutes after Milan comes back, because he deserves it.
I think it was said in the game thread, our fans pay attention when Dewat and Heise did good things our crowd responded.
Our fan base is above average.
Actually, you've mainly been complaining that Watson didn't get minutes in the noncon and you seemed to believe the lack of playing time would negatively affect his ability to make a positive impact, if called upon.
I think you were wrong. It appears TJ knew exactly how to keep Watson engaged and prepared.
Watson had 11 points in 11 minutes. That's Lafester Rhodes territory.
Watson has played well in 2 out of the last 3 games he played, did nothing at WV, but neither did anyone else. The kid is balling and should be getting 10/15 minutes a game at the 4 position. If he can keep this up and we get Milan back in a month, this is going to be a very dangerous team come March.

In light of last night's performance, could we temporarily change thread titled to Demarion Freaking Watson ?
Yeah PT for X minutes in November doesn't really translate to two months later especially for a guy on his third year with the program and it's weird that people think it's a thing when clearly it isn't.
