I’m meh on Dejulius unless we add some other good players to go along with him. He’s not good enough to chance the direction of the program by himself. Him needing a waiver also keeps my excitement a little down. I just see him as being a solid pickup but not a game changer.
No one we've recruited this entire spring cycle is good enough to change the direction of the program. Except MAYBE Carton if he is able to get back into basketball 100%.

For those who are interested here a highlight video of David DeJulius to get familiar with what he would bring. I see some Bolton skills with a better handle and feel for passing. His quick release and range is good also. I could really see him excelling under Prohm and ISU would fun back court to breath some life into Hilton.

Looks like we're getting a great one.

as much as you haters don't want to admit it, CSP isn't going anywhere for at least 2 years. More likely he turns it around and makes the tournament in 2 years than him getting fired after next season.

I think JP will be too cheap to give him the well-deserved firing after next season, but the other part is laughable. Coaches who tumble like Prohm has don't get things turned around. They tumble because they're bad.

If we have a year like we just did, I think there's a real possibility Steve could be gone.

Way up there
At this point, I'd take DD, Walker and a couple sit out guys or one sit out and bank one. You'd get a couple nice pieces to make next year's team a little more competitive, give the young guys some exp ,then have a solid backcourt in DD and Bolton to try to load up for 21-22. A sit out big or mismatch type of 4 would fit really nice with that squad, Carton would be even better.

Or maybe they take a step back because they lost multi Pro level players in a short amount of time. Great recruiting class coming in, we land one or 2 of these transfers and we are back on track.

Every damn basketball thread turns into a prohm bash fest. We know he's struggling and we know he won't be fired next year so just continue to beat that dead horse!
