Death By Lightning (Netflix)

Can't wait.

Amazing cast and a really cool, kind of unknown, American story.
The whole story of Garfield’s assassination is crazy- from the fact that after Garfield’s assassination that Robert Todd Lincoln would later think he was cursed due to being present at 3 assassinations (Lincoln, Garfield and McKinley’s) and would later lead to him attempting to boycott the Lincoln Memorial’s dedication out of fear of causing a 4th assassination to the fact that in order to prevent his doctors from infecting the bullet wound trying to find the bullet that Alexander Graham Bell invented the first metal detector that would have worked, if the doctors and Bell would have accounted for the metal springs in the bed. I’ve read a couple of books about Garfield’s assassination, including the source book for this movie- and I’m looking forward to watching it

Looks interesting. I did a report on Garfield in elementary school because Garfield was my favorite comic strip. I don't remember much about his death other than it sounded like it was an incredibly terrible way to die.
