i think i have this whole recruiting thing figured out. CPR is listening to the posters on this board.
a few weeks ago people on here were in a panic because we didn't have any recruits. CPR listened and started landing some prospects. now people on here are in a panic because no other bcs schools have offered these prospects. i predict cpr will listen again and start to reel in some 3-5 star players who have nothing BUT bcs offers.
why didn't you all just request upper echelon recruits from the get go? that is what i would have done if i were going to get all panicy about recruiting.

Bump...I guess we have verification that he is indeed alive and that the coaches know more than you.
I think this is the guy that decommitted due to things he read on this board and then, in the end, was a surprise signee. This is why all the recruiting Einsteins out there shouldn't be so negative when talking about a 17-18 year old player. Who cares about the stupid stars and inaccurate measurements.
I'm all for those who made fools of themselves in this thread getting their comeuppance, but hasn't this thread caused enough trouble already without bumping it now?
I am sure Nigel would appreciate the bump given how he is now making a play for the 2 deep as a true freshman at a position we are very deep. Also a reminder that these threads are read by recruits and we pay our coaches to recruit and assess talent. If it turns out they are wrong and we lose, they are the ones who lose their jobs. We should always be excited when our coach lands a guy he wants early.
If you say dumb stuff you should have to eat the crow. Hell when he makes all conference in a few years I will gladly bump it again.
Yes, given that recruits read this board, there is absolutely no sense in tearing guys down based on their rankings. The bottom line with our recruiting is overall over the course of the Rhoads era, we are getting better players. That doesn't mean that we are better at every position, for example it is kind of hard to top Knott and Klein, but again overall the trend is up.
