What is worse than DST? People ******** about twice a year like clockwork.
I see what you did there.
After a few days I love later daylight.
That first morning or two suck though but I usually don't sleep well on Sundays anyway.
I love DST!!!!!! Stupid to talk about getting rid of it as adjusting schedules to the sun just makes sense. As a frequent international traveler in the past, I just laugh at anyone who says they are disrupted by a lousy hour change.
This year it wasn't as bad as some. I'm sure the weather helped, but also used light therapy, vitamin D, and booze liberally too.
Bring on the light.
