Crowd For Saturday

Iowa State usually goes into these games really excited and then lays a giant stinky egg. Have things really turned the corner for good? We'll find out. My heart says ISU 35-31 but my head says TCU 42-21. Other parts say something else.

Many of those games in the past were propped up by fluky wins or exceptional individual play. This year feels less fluky and more of a team effort. We're solid on the defensive line and that gives me some confidence. I'm worried about the OL holding up, but hopefully Manning has a gameplan to give them some help.

Many do prioritize drinking over supporting the program, yes. Once we need to pay more to retain CMC, they’ll be asked to modify their priorities some.

Don't forget those for whom the program drove them to drink in the first place.

It feels like those days are coming to an end though. Good Lord I hope I'm right about that!

Easy solution. Sell beer in the stadium, and not just in the SEZ club. Win/win!
Why? By the time you go out to your lot and grab a beer, you have to head straight back to the game to get in before half and it's still a struggle to make it for kickoff. I personally believe that if drinking beer is more important than the game, sell your ticket to someone who wants to enjoy the entire game. You can crush a team with a strong start to a half, it's only fair to this staff and team to have the full support of cyclonenation at Jack Trice.

Everything Cyclone related is absolutely perfect in this.

A perfect storm of Cyclone greatness

It'll be interesting when mobile passes are seated. The visitor sections are going to be obvious unless they put a lot of the passes there.

There has been a lot of tickets moved since Monday. Two more days + mobile distribution + walk up and it'll be close to full. Might not be a sell out, but considering everything working against us here (weather, harvest, etc.) it'll be a fine turnout and will look good on tv

Hello, reality speaking. Selling beer at the stadium would likely keep a few people in their seats and this self righteous "if you care more about beer" **** doesn't hold water. This isn't a fanbase selling $200 tickets. We can barely sell out the way it is right now (just like a lot of other teams).

Flying in from Denver for the single purpose to attend this game. CAN'T F'ing WAIT.

JTS best be completely full and rocking. And that includes even if a play or a series of events don't go our way. Team needs us and the '17 Cyclones have proven to be a rather resistant group that doesn't crumble to adversity.

Our fans need to follow suit. Go Cyclones!

I have started preparing myself for a loss ( lot of yogi green tea), it will hurt less on saturday then.

Just took a rough count on Ticket Master.

Roughly 5800 remaining. However, that doesn't count the mobile pass. Those would show up as unsold now, knowing that they'd just fill them Friday, so if they sold 500 of those, we have about 56,000 tickets currently sold.

I thought they sold more of those this year? Wasn't last year capped at 500? Figured there were more this year but I don't know for sure.
