After visiting this thread last night, I had a hankering for some Swiss Cheese, so I bought some today and put a slice on my pork tenderloin for lunch. Plus, I broke into the Philadelphia Cream Cheese to add to my cherry bagel for dessert.

Most of the cheese is because my wife had a recipe that used that kind of cheese. She usually prepares the menu a week ahead. She has a lot of recipes with different kinds of cheese, but we haven’t seen fumunda because that is quite nasty. I am pretty sure we won’t find ANY recipes calling for that.no fumunda ?
