The Orlando, Fla. native is a strong-bodied perimeter player at 6-foot-5, 220 pounds. He is exceptional at driving and finishing through contact. He is a significant factor on the glass as well — ranking seventh in the ACC in defensive rebounding rate during conference play.
Brown missed most of January last season due to a lower leg injury, but he returned for the final 11 games of the season. That included an outing of 24 points and nine rebounds in a double overtime victory against Duke.
I see that now. Looking at his background, he owes a lot to Fred and ISU. Good for both sides!
