***CFB Conference Championship Games Thread***

Yes i do.

I also think we way under utilized Chase Allen this year.
That was my sense also just don’t have experience at that level to make a fair assessment. Thanks for the feedback.

Okay, the pass holding penalties in these games made me now wonder about the NU/IA call where it wasn’t an auto first down. What was the reason behind that?

I hate that I have to keep arguing this point because it also applies to Iowa, but isn't winning your conference the greatest resume builder of all? If Alabama loses and gets in over Baylor, that's completely ridiculous. How much does Alabama get to stack the deck?

If Alabama loses today, their best win will either have been Arkansas or Ole Miss and neither of those teams beat anyone in the top 20. Baylor just beat #5 Oklahoma State and Iowa will have beaten #2 Michigan who just handily beat #2 Ohio State seven days ago. I just don't understand how you can think Alabama (or Oklahoma State or Ole Miss) should go to the playoff over either of those teams. Not to mention, the Big Ten will have four top-twelve teams tomorrow if Iowa wins today. You're going to leave out their champion when they're maybe the best conference this year?

Obviously the Committee is penalizing Iowa for their weak schedule as evidenced them being #14 way behind the other 2 loss teams. Them beating doesn't magically improve their resume to jump 10 spots. Just look at who Ohio State has beat, they actually played some tough teams that Iowa didn't have to play.

2 loss Baylor's resume is way better that Iowa's too.

Plus the way Bama is playing right now, if they continue to look this good in a loss they won't fall to far.

If I’m a back judge And a Dback turns around, looks at me and does the incomplete sign; I think I would just throw the flag. They seem to do it whenever they know they interfered.

It's weird how these broadcasters talk about the girlfriends of the players and then the camera guys are on them with closeups. Creepy.

That Georgia TD play is something we need to run. Noel with a couple pulling linemen or TEs would be a good space play.

Pass has to go beyond the LOS, with contact beyond the LOS, to get the automatic first down.
