F***, I'm in my mid-20s and already can tell I'm quickly slowly down and getting worse.I'm curious to see if age has slowed down some of you youngsters any. I was already slow when this thread started 8 years ago.
6:30 would be better for me but I could do either one I think.

Sadly this is why I'm starting to play softball at least twice a week and walking some golf usually each week too. It's my way of lazily getting back into something resembling "shape" without the actual, real effortIn your 30s your recovery time gets much longer. In my 40s my knees are starting to hurt just from walking around.
Stay in shape kids. I've never actually been IN shape, so that doesn't help.
