Every time I turn around now there is a class action lawsuit that Im part of. Dont get me wrong, I love my checks of 1.35 from time to time, but it just seems frivolous in most cases but gets humored by all parties just to get it over with.
I wonder if this is malice or simply just caused by arguably the worst POS system known to man. Even as a customer I tell it's garbage. They have to reboot the machines constantly, it's slow, and clunky. The rewards program doesn't always work properly either. I hope the executive who took the bribe and choose that system did well, because he bent every retail location over with that decision.

Was at the on up in Sanborn. Just got a sandwich and drink and it didn't take any of my cards, of which I tried three of them. Tehy told me the system needed rebooted. I did have cash but since it was a work trip I wanted to put in on my company card. Should have stuck around to see what happened when the people came in to pay for gas.
Right? Just mention it to the person at the register and they probably fix it. If it happens three times and you really care, mention it to the corporate office and they probably give you some sort of credit or gift card.
It's clear Kit likes to party. Of all the lawsuits I could envision a Four Loko being involved in, this didn't make the top 100.
I don't believe it contains caffeine any more...at least to the extent it once did.
Casey's used to be my go to about 5-10 years ago...now it is always Kwik Star. Shouldn't even really be debatable at this point which one is better.
The Brooklyn Center, MN is hot garbage. Zero breakfast pizza at 8:30 this morning. Zero any pizza at noon yesterday. If it weren't the closest gas station to work, I'd never go.
The caffeine version was banned in 2010-11 ish. I remember going to Aj’s liquors and buying cases the last night they were available on a fire sale, sold them to sorority girls for $10 a pop the rest of the year which paid for my bar tabs on Welch.
The current version doesn’t have caffeine.
