I no longer wear suits for any of my jobs. When I was in San Antonio I saw all these business guys in navy blue suits with blue shirts and ties. A few in black suits but about 90-95% in navy blue. Is that all people wear in the suited business world now? I used to have some grey, charcoal, few with light pinstripes to change things up. What’s the deal now

I've been working on transitioning away from cargo shorts but shorts that sit above the knee just look wrong on guys over the age of 25 and it's hard to find shorts that aren't cargo shorts that hang all the way to your knee without paying $50 for a stupid pair of shorts that I'm just going to spill stuff on anyway. Excuse me for being frugal and having long, shapely legs that 10.5 inch inseam shorts just don't work on.

You may have answered your own question or conundrum. Buy a couple pair of, still fashionable, hammer pants and have them converted to shorts. I know a couple ladies who still hem things and are quite reasonable.
