Maybe for a bunch of squares spray painting/tagging sounds criminal, but there is fine line between criminal and artistic expression. Guerilla gardening, spray painting, ephemeral art, etc.

You know all of those square dining tables with carvings from students in Memorial Union? When they were carved on as tables that would have been a similar criminal offense, but today they are displayed on the MU walls as art.

Actually there isn't a fine line, if you tag city or private property it's a crime. If he doesn't run, chances are he gets a ticket and has to appear to pay the fine.

Don't let him be a Captain for the KSU game and move on, but there needs to be something at least.
