Best game ever by Cyclone PG?

I remember Kane having an amazing performance when he went up against Marcus Smart down in Stillwater.

His stats were 29 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists with 1 steal and only 2 turnovers!

He also passed up a potential game winning shot to Naz, who famously nailed the 3 pointer to break the curse at Gallagher-Iba. Kane is still one of my all time favorite players.

Edit: I guess I should add Kane had 3 overtimes to stuff his stat sheet, still impressive though.

He OWNED Smart, especially after that infamous double-flop.

Given the fact that Self was using Monte's game last year to rag a bit on Mason, I'm not sure if tonight was Monte's best game or the KU one was. Tougher competition in KU, but Monte also had Georges last year to help out.

The season ain't over yet. But Mason had looked crazy good this year. But I said it during the game, Monte with his shooting and defense, looked like a Big 12 POY candidate and legit AA. He had a hell of a game. Monday's matchup will be legendary.

My goodness. I can't properly rank any of the candidates in this thread, but I didn't realize how dominant Kane's stat-line was in that one.
