I hate how much Pereira talks about intent like the intent is if the defender meant to commit targeting and that's the spirit of the rule. And it's just no, he intended to deliver a big blow and it came to the head or neck area.
I watched a bit of the OU game today.
Venables looked almost panicked at times. You can really see the desperation on some of these coaches that know their seat is getting hot.
Clock rules don't make sense anymore to me. No other sport treats the clock during the last two minutes of a period differently than the other part of the game.
