2022 Olympic coverage

They can keep asking and she doesn't have to answer them. 4 weeks after the Olympics they won't be asking any more questions.

I'd be extremely surprised if US media doesn't stay on this story long into her time at Stanford. The longer she tries to dodge the question, the more they'll hound her.

The summer olympics were fun, had NBC on all day all night for 2 weeks.
Just cannot get into these Olympics not sure why.
For me it’s generally that the US sucks in most of the events, especially alpine skiiing. Also no NHLers makes the mens hockey unwatchable.
I think for most it's just that winter events aren't near as exciting as the summer events

We will agree to disagree, I think the media will move on to important things

Nobody will care about 2 days after the Olympics ends, then they'll care about it deeply 2 days before the next Winter Olympics.

What is going on Mikaela? UGHH

Gotta wonder if it’s the thought of her dad here. He was a huge part of her life and passed away very unexpectedly just about 2 years ago (Feb of 2020). Olympic pressure without that presence for the first time.

Just watched her interview. She’s not right mentally, that’s for sure.

Apparently the whole Olympic village vibe is terrible too.

I have no idea how those big air competitors keep from getting all discombobulated and crash. No way I wouldn't get lost and crash.
No kidding. And the progression is insane. The dude that had already won gold just casually threw down a 1440 as a layup.

I don't know, I feel like NBC has been pretty critical of china this Olympics. They have been bringing up China's human rights record a lot more than I thought they would

I'll admit I've been only catching bits and pieces so I will defer on this.
