Likely. I have no idea what kind of injuries the guy suffered, but regardless, I find it strange to see the number of people who think that Adams saying "Sorry" on Twitter should be the end of this.
I'm not advocating for a giant settlement, but Adams' actions were pretty out of line. If I had a bad day at work, and on my way out of the office, I shoved one of the facilities workers to the ground, I'd be lucky to have a job the next day, regardless of if I said I was sorry.

Looking at the twitter replies, it appears Ken Griffey jr is a photographer as well. It makes some sense. It allows these guys to hang around their sports friends and environment and get paid for a hobby essentially, without the stress of being in the front office.
 
I wonder what the outcome would be if Adams ran over Randy Johnson.
