***2022-23 CFB Bowl Games Thread***

huge swing of events there OU should have been up 21-3, instead...Holding, botched play call, then missed FG. now FSU at midfield.
Edit: and it true Big 12 bowl game fashion, FSU walks down the field and scores at will. then gets two point.

If you watched the Texas bowl last night then this will make sense

And we have another exciting finish in a Bowl Game. Tied up with 4 minutes to go.

6-6 (or worse) teams finished 7-12 in bowl games this year. 6 of the 7 wins were against other .500 or worse teams.

The wins:
Wisconsin vs. 7-5 Oklahoma State
Memphis vs. 6-6 Utah State
UAB vs. 6-6 Miami Ohio
N.M. State vs. 6-6 Bowling Green
Buffalo vs. 6-6 Georgia Southern
Arkansas vs. 6-6 Kansas
Southern Miss vs. 5-7 Rice

These refs in the Texas/Washington game are lousy. There have been 3 calls/non calls in the last 10 mins that they were suspect at best, and flat out bad at worst.

Worthy has had multiple nasty drops.

That Washington running back is a gamer.

What is roughing the kicker? Seemed like it should've been called in the Pitt UCLA game

UCLA could very easily be up 3+ TD's in this game but they keep turning the ball over (picks & fumbles). Now are trailing.
