Seems like all the podcast amateurs are picking KState to win. Reminds me of the build up to the Iowa game last year. Hope the result is the same.

Yup, from what I heard only one picked us and some of the KSt picks had them by 10. ?#@? The O/U of 49.5 seems higher than I expected.

My favorite is when for one reason or another I miss the start or a chunk of an away game, then check that thread for an update and am convinced based on the most recent thread posts we must be down two scores. Come to find out we actually have the lead.

Basketball threads posters are saying "we're going to get run out of the gym" when we're down by 1.

On some CF pods they said the staff talked to college/pro teams who have also played in Europe to get advice on travel schedules, sleep preparation, etc. I wonder if they're trying to emulate a normal road trip as much as possible vs turning it into a vacation for the players.

I was wondering the same thing. Saw on twitter they were still in ames today and was shocked they weren't already over there. Looks like kstate is leaving today too, wonder if it is an ncaa ruling thing. I wouldve thought they would have traveled there last weekend.

They're treating it like a regular road game, not a bowl game. They'll fly back right after the game on Saturday as well.

ive been trying to find the flight but can't seem to locate it anywhere

they do leave today but what time? Id imagine if they want them to sleep on the plane they are leaving early evening?
