I would say that DP getting drafted and playing in an NFL stadium next season is a JTS downgrade and not a JTS improvement...

Speakers were there last year. I agree it will be a major upgrade.

You could have underground drainage throughout the entire parking lot and not need any drainage ditches but it would be expensive as hell.

Requirements for drainage includes retension of water also then a slow controlled release. It's not just getting the water out of the parking area, it's not affecting surrounding areas adversely while you do that.

There are underground storage systems that do that but the cost....

Sorry, i was confused as you did not refer to the retention requirements only drainage in your post. Just wanted people to be aware of those requirements.
