Boots on the ground reported Cluff at an unnamed Ames restaurant last week, if I remember right. I don't know why he'd make two visits to the same place within a week, am skeptical of that report.
Look like Kansas is sniffing around Dix. Most of article is about Keyshon Hall but Dix mention near bottom.

Dix is a nice player. Sometimes though these guys get blown up in the portal. They become better in everyones minds than they actually are on the court. Dix never scared me. He was so streaky. He would kill it one game and can't hit the back board on the other game. Plus, he is a Hawkeye so we will see what his defense has in store at his next stop. He was one of their best defenders. Then again I am 51 years old and my knees are shot and I would have been one of the Hawkeyes best defenders so I am not sure what that means for Dix.

That's an old report. Don't believe Cluff is visiting anymore. Buchannon was TJ choice for center once Cluff hesitated on ISU's offer. Upside.

Likely. Cluff also left West Lafayette without a commitment. I haven't read anything that says differently about where he is today, that tweet was from yesterday and quoting Cluff after he visited Purdue. Obviously, people in the know are indicating this ship has sailed so that matters, but who knows what the kid is thinking. My sense is we believe ISU made the largest offer possible and will not engage in a bidding war out of principle. That doesn't mean ISU isn't his first choice, but the deal may change on ISU's end before he returns for his second visit.
I looked at 247 and the above names were listed.
My guess is that their top dollar offer is already out there, so the skepticism is coming from the standpoint that if it comes down to more money, we're out. If we're in the ballpark, there's a chance that TJ, the staff, team and atmosphere and culture win out. We'll see.
Spot minutes for Wisconsin so he'd essentially be like adding a 5th freshman at this point. Not sure that's what we need right now.

If Rohde doesn't commit, I'd get him to Ames on a visit ASAP, given the MASSIVE need in 26/27 after Tamin graduates.
Probably a lot cheaper to get him now and let him grow in our system versus trying to buy a proven PG with our limited resources
