I've never seen green fire coming out of a manhole (although I've eaten some pretty spicy chicken wings).

Officials say no injuries, no danger to public as State Fire Marshal investigates explosion, fire under Texas Tech

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of fires and at least one explosion that led to smoke and flames pouring from manholes across the Texas Tech campus.

Blue and green flames are pretty common in transformer fires. Was probably a 34.5kv to distribution or smaller transformer blowing.

My kids loved Gargoyles but their theme was sort of classy
