If we were to finish one game back and then win b12t, I’d consider that clear best team in conference. This is different now. Some other year I’m sure we’ll get some top teams only at Hilton but it wasn’t this year.

Being a higher seed still means we have a better chance at playing a worse team in our first game. I’m pretty sure that still matters…
I think ISU beat them by 25ish in 18-19 and that has to be up there.

So let me get this straight. We have threads upon threads about not using the bench enough all year long. Then we empty the bench and win by less than 20 when it could have been 25+ and there are posts about not happy with that?
Yes, Tech and Arizona played home and away. But Tech didn't have to play away games at all 3 of Houston, Arizona and Iowa State (they didn't play at ISU). Neither did Arizona - no away game at Houston. Neither did Houston - no away game at ISU.
Looking at our schedule we had like 1 Wednesday game. It's been Mondays or Tuesdays.
Oh it matters but it doesn’t mean you’re automatically better or worse than a team one game in front or behind like it used to. Even our 12 team era was unbalanced but this is next level.
Acc has been pretty bad some years with 15 where 2nd or 3rd place was actually best regular season.
I think 18 of our 21 wins are by double digits. That’s good isn’t it?
