Skim milk/2% milk
Skim milk is gross and I will only use it if there is no other option and virtually never just to straight up drink. Wife is the same way with 2%. Tried the 1% compromise once and neither of us was happy. Kids are on my side of the divide.

Back in the day, it was Coke/Pepsi. The difference between us was that if he ran out of Pepsi, he would drink Coke. If I ran out of Coke, I would drink water. Or go thirsty.
Now it's Pepsi/water. He thinks water "tastes funny". Doesn't matter if it's tap or filtered or garden hose...it tastes funny. I'm no longer drinking coke because, long story short, my son deployed to Baghdad in 2005, I grew an ulcer, and the doc said no more carbonated beverages.

Im a die hard Chiefs fan, wife is a die hard Broncos fan. Two sundays a year we dont speak, and its a race to see who can get up and get the kids dressed on gamedays
We are a Cyclone grad married to a Hawkeye grad. But I'm the sports fan and she really never cared much. After years of going to football games she is a Cyclone fan and a 49ers fan. She loves Brock Purdy.I had to tell her Kittle was a Hawkeye, she had no idea.

My wife ran track for UNI and is actually a Panther fan, and always was (MIL went there too). She can't stand Iowa, and hated how many other UNI students just wore their Iowa gear constantly.
But all of the times UNI has beaten us since we started dating (2007) have been absolute nightmares for me.

That game in 2007 was the first time I ever drank (aside from like sips of stuff I was getting for my dad growing up). Was pounding Hawkeye vodka chased with Powerade. Do not recommend.

Her - we need a selfie of us doing (insert any random activity), because if you don't post a picture to social media, it didn't happen
Me - I'm ok with never being in another picture ever/never posting me doing something on social media ever
Might have something to do with her being 16 years younger than me, and me being old. LOL
