193 Days

…until someone puts a toe on a ball and the clones and wildcats are on the gridiron in Ireland.

195 days until football is back.
I’d love a 40 game season :). If basketball can play 80+ games and baseball like 300, football should be able to give it a bit more effort. I kid, but I can still wish.

Any football is better than no football, exactly why even meaningless bowl games are so important to me.

America's next football game is ISU/KSU*

*Ackshully the UFL kicks off in March and there will be preseason NFL games. I know. I know.

We still have isu bball then nfl draft nba NHL playoffs and of course the best thing about the off-season cf bracket tournaments. :)

Iowa athletic department lawsuits always keep me entertained during the long off-season.

I’m not excited yet. But give me a couple weeks and I may be there. CBB can only get you so far. ISU can’t play all the time.
It was good football last year. The branding isn't there, that part will probably take a while. But the quality of play and the production on TV were worth watching if you weren't busy. And I really do like the opportunity for tweener players to be able to showcase themselves for another chance at making an NFL roster.

A bleak and barron part of the year.

Weather is horsesht. Only slightly better than Neil Armstrong faced in '69

Not a basketball fan. Living in Chicago killed baseball for me.

Hockey playoffs and that's about it. I'll turn to the herb and podcasts until it's nice enough to sit outside and wait for August.

Also lots of soccer and I’m going to try and watch more winter sports since we’re a year away from the Olympics and I always enjoy watching those sports during the Olympics
