Very deserving loss. Tech was better team today. I think we are in for a rough November.

I still think we'll end up 10-2. Not sure if that will be enough to play for a Big 12 championship but we played about as badly as you could play today and nearly won.

Play calling today was horrible from beginning to end. It was pretty clear what tech was going to do after ucf did it, pressure. And we were not ready at all.

This coaching staff really let this team down. Two weeks to prepare against a terrible TTech team and this is what we bring to the table. Don’t get me wrong, I’m fine with. 7 wins a year as long as they stop asking me to donate even more every year than I already do.

It needs to repeated (repeatedly) how BAD of a defense Texas Tech has. No kind of. Not "well sometimes they've played well!" Not "they've shown some heart at times!" No, they factually have a REALLY bad defense. They have had a bad defense. They will play the rest of the season with a very bad defense.

The worst passing defense in the league. Yet, we stubbornly kept trying to "pound the rock."
I know there was rain later on, but we should have been WAY less predictable in the first half and much of the 3rd Q.

Lots of unforced mistakes today. Mistakes we haven’t seen all year.

Defense played well except for first and last drives. I’m just tired of spotting teams 7 points each game. 4 straight games the defense allowed a TD on the first drive.

Crushing loss, but I’ve been a cyclone fan a long time and have seen my share of those. I’ll still support them through great times and bad times

Let’s finish the season strong. Everything is still in play

Defense: are we down on DB’s, I even told my wife to keep going against Verdon with only one good arm.

Definitely regroup, from coaches on through players.

Tech isn’t very good. They aren’t bad, but they aren’t good. The fact we could hit 30 points against them is a real black eye on Mouser today.
