I'm experiencing serious upper back pain between my shoulders and only time not in pain is when lying down. Had a chiro appointment today. Usually have lower back pain that is a picnic compared to the pain I'm in now.

They having you do some PT/yoga?

Getting the hips and core firing can help the back immensely.

Okay. I’m in a town heading to a repair shop. Driving down Main Street and take a left. Notice a minivan with ISU plates as I turn. Get about 3 -4 blocks down and this same minivan is behind me now I notice. A few more blocks and it’s charging hard on me. I take a right (really the only option at this corner) and they turn and are a few feet behind me. Im not really surprised as I’m used to having women (there were two of them) chase after me. I get the last few blocks to the repair shop and turn in.

This van now whips in beside me. I get out and the woman in the passenger’s seat puts her window down. Told me they saw my plates and knew I was an ISU person. I tell them I’m a grad and have two kids also with/were ISU. They tell me they are trying to find an ISU person for each county and take a selfie with them. I got to hold their Cy while they took a photo.

Not a normal event for a day. All I could think was, this seems like something KC would do.

Most of this seems plausible.

I'll let you decide which part isn't.

That would have been pretty neat. Good on them.

SIL from LA yet again shows up unannounced to surprise everyone. Seriously you are over 30 grow up and just let people know. Then again I am apparently the ******* for having this opinion and being tired of everything with her being a production.

Editor alert: I just saw this secondary heading for a New York Times article in my email. Maybe an intern wrote it. Big sigh. It's an announcement of the first approved OTC birth control pill in the U.S.

"The price of the pill, which has not been announced, will determine how affordable it will be when it becomes available in early 2024."

Doing some preliminary planning for a trip to Omaha for a wedding. Would like to fly since well...I can but then we have to figure out ground transportation. Uber or rental? We would need to drive roughly four times, to/from the airport and then to/from the wedding. The reception is .75/mi from the hotel so I figure we could probably walk that.

Of course this will probably all go out the window when the weather goes IFR and we have to drive anyway.
