If any of you can rewind, go back to Norton's last run. There was a massive hole that he did get to BUT Downing doesn't sustain his block and it goes from a possible TD to a 3-4 yard gain.
It's little things like that that make our offense so bad. The entire O-line is so bad fundamentally there isn't much we can do sometimes.

It obviously didn't end how we wanted, but that was a pretty solid drive. I'll take it. Hope they can continue to build on it with a quick stop here.

Right---a couple of them released downfield right after then snap...Simmons was leading the charge. Not on same play for some reason.
So, how many games in a row has Iowa State not been shut out?
Maybe, they can start a streak like Nebraska's "sell-out" streak or Michigan's "100,000 K fans" streak?
