All I’ve said is I’ve never seen that reviewed before, and I do watch a decent amount of football.The review was just if the ball was caught behind the line or not (which nullifies the penalty) -- not reviewing the man downfield itself.
I'll be honest, this is a very rare situation and I don't even know what the rule is.
