Everyone here crapping on Dekkers but let’s not pretend like he’s being put in situations where he can succeed. He has a god awful o-line and a god awful offensive coordinator

Players make plays. He has been flat out bad against teams that have a pulse. Purdy had the same OC most of his career and last time I checked, won a lot of games.

CMC and the staff have earned a tremendous amount of respect for what they’ve done for ISU football, but this program cannot have the attitude like “we’ve arrived.” Because we haven’t. And that attitude without the record to back it up is huge motivation to your opponent every week. We’ve gone from the haters to the hated and often seem shell-shocked when faced with it.

I doubt we will, but the way the Big 12 looks today... we could finish 10th.
