He very well could have been fired each of the last few years (and he knows it). Very classy way to pay back the athletic department (those not making bank) for giving him a final chance.

Announcers just now…”listen folks, this is a good Iowa team”. No it’s not. This is what happens when your schedule allows you to avoid all the good teams in your conference, then you sprinkle in two games against teams without their starting qb, and you get yourself a ****** team in your conference championship game.
I started with the ACC, then watched the basketball game, then back to the ACC and now I'll finish the Iowa game.
Iowa tends to win when I pay attention.

I thought the Iowa-Michigan football game was on FOX. All I see is a boat-racing championship.
I guess then you wouldn't have an all SEC championship.... but Bama and Georgia are the two best teams IMO.
