In three year old pre school he had to pee at recess and did the little boy pants pulled all the way down on a tree. I think I had shown him that trick recently and we have been fighting him to go inside when he needs to go ever since.

Saw a 3-4 yo boy at the State Fair, cowboy hat & cowboy boots, pull his shorts down and just pee in the grass. Heard it before I saw it. He must've hung back from the responsible adult, for they were nowhere to be seen. I sighed, and understood this boy had been taught to do this on his home farm/ranch, but had not been told when NOT to do it.

I had to make an "after hours" call (at least for me) about work, and due to miscommunication, on whoever's part (partially mine...just a smidge), I'm about ready to punch a wall. Can't be resolved until Monday at the soonest, but I need it resolved yesterday.

That's why BCC World was in my old St. Paul Corps of Engineers district, boundaries were by water basins and that little piece of north central Iowa was ours. Albert Lea is actually part of Shell Rock River flowing south so that was Rock Island District, thankfully because flooding there had no real solution so let them deal with it. ;)

BCC's runoff ends up just 15 miles from me at Fort Snelling.

I am SO disappointed to see the ugly bugle still around. This from volleyball tonight. Sigh. And, it’s sideways. Second sigh.

However, it's really difficult to get into Wisconsin as a Twin Cities suburban kid and it's also a bit of a cliche for a Twin Cities suburban kid to want to go to Wisconsin. I am sorry that you're getting slammed with rain up north...

But with the sun setting down here in Ankeny, it makes for excellent cloud pron.
 
@BoxsterCy if you are willing to cougar hunting I might have met your match today.;) She's going to be 99 in Nov, was at the bar having a friday afternoon happy hour craft beer, owns her own house, still mows her own yard, snowblows out her own driveway, just got her new passport is thinking of going to Australia and is vaxxed. She was quite the gal to visit with. I had her pegged at upper 70s low 80s never would have guessed 98.

The only downside is she and her daughter are splitting time taking care of her 65 yr old son with terminal cancer. Also I don't believe she is tall, hard to tell when sitting on a bar stool.

She really was a hoot to visit with. The bar is throwing her a B-day party in Nov. if work goes well that day I may crash it.

Probably had the lamest bachelor party for my buddy tonight. My buddy and me and the other groomsman schedules don't work well so tonight was the best chance to do something before the wedding. We hung out at Welch Ave (which was dead) for 2 hours. My buddy had 2 girlie type drinks, I had a Blue Moon and a couple of plain cokes and the other guy didn't drink at all. The party had another person his bride to be.

So we had a short bachelor party with a little drinking and no stripper that also included the fiancée.

Could be worse. It could have been in Iowa City.

Could have done a Cheers! And had the fiancé be the stripper.
