Sewer would be nice for the UNI and Iowa games. Once the kybos fill up everyone and their long loss uncle ask to use the rv crapper.

We have a tailgate trailer that opens on both sides. Our tailgate is not just a few of us sitting outside an RV like at a campground. We typically have several dozen people at our tailgate. Currently, we have a nice big grassy area. The spacing of a typical RV resort doesn't allow for that and I fear that the edge spots will be gone long before we pick. My best hope right now is to leverage two donors so that we can get right across from each other, but that may be dependent on nobody picking in-between us.
P.S. I don't care about utilities. I need real estate!

Correct. The Vapor barrier needs to be sprayed on before the dirt goes over it.
