I know the defense is bad but the offense is worse. We have only scored over 72 three times with our season high of 80 (first game against UAPB). Averaged 65/game including today.
Legit will not even look at scores of that is the case. ISU bball will be dead to me.In a bold move to save money, Pollard coaches next year

Well I started the conference season hoping we didn’t have to fire the coach. I ended the conference season realizing we have to fire the coach.
Walters said it was the 4th time in B12 play a team went winless? Did I hear that right - three other teams besides us?
Never thought I see the day. Even my Frosh year of 1975 the team only won three games, but all 3 were B8 teams

One more opportunity to lose a game, then the season mercifully comes to an end. Then we can watch Pollard find ways to retain a coach who went 0-19 in conference games.
I understand other posters using dark humor as a coping mechanism, but man, as a lifelong fan who grew up going to Hilton Coliseum to watch my beloved Cyclones play as part of my childhood, this really, really f*cking sucks to be this bad. Almost brings me to tears, to be honest.
Hard to beat a team three times in a year......bring on the tourney, lol.
