Right there with you. I assumed they'd be passable players. Not stars or anything, but some kind of competent.

Bad news - Next Wednesday we will player either Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech with the 10/7 matchup in the Big 12 Tournament. Those teams rank #15, #16, #17, and #18 in the nation.

Good news - There's no way we win the game so our season will end.

I only see good news about those potential matchups.

As the clock was winding down and the announcer said that the student manager shouldn't take the shot because it would embarrass the opposing team, I was wondering how the fact that the student manager being in the game at all was not already passed the point of embarrassment. Might as well have let the kid take a shot.
